Welcome!

To our staff website! We use this for a few main reasons. 

  • First, we want everyone to be able to tell us how their shift went, quickly and easily. So you can use the Shift Feedback form for that.
  • Occasionally, we’ll ask everyone to fill out a survey telling us how you think things are going, or asking specific questions about the business. You’ll find those here as well.
  • We’ll also keep our Code of Conduct posted here. We ask you to read it when we hire you but if you ever need to refer back to it, you can ask us or just check here.
  • Finally, if you ever have a concern that you’re not comfortable discussing in person with a manager or owner, we have a form here for that.

Direct to Owners

We always want you to have a direct line of communication to ownership. We'd love for you to feel comfortable talking to Joe, Adam, or Steve directly, as we're in the restaurant often and are happy to hear from you. But if you have a concern that you'd rather write out, or send anonymously, or it can't wait until you see us again, you can always use this form.
